1.5. How do I submit an error report for a CLC License Server to the CLC Support team?
If you are having trouble with the CLC License Server, which is the software that is used to server CLC network licenses, then please:
- send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- describe the issue you are seeing as completely as possible
- attach the logfile for the CLC License Server to your email. This file is called licenseserver.log and can be found in the installation area of your CLC License Server software.
