How can I add BLAST database locations to my CLC Server?
Go Back There are two steps involved in adding BLAST database locations to a CLC Server. 1) Add the location as an Import/Export location. 2) Add it as a BLAST database location. These actions are done using the web administrative interface of the Genomics Server and are described in more detail in the manual here: This information is relevant for other CLC Server products that offer BLAST searching. |
